Upon arrival, a CHECK-OUT time is agreed with the client (no later than 11.00 am, unless otherwise agreed). We ask that you be ready on departure at the agreed time, that the house is tidy, the garbage and empty bottles in the dumpster. The same applies to electricity , often the facility is not designed to use many electrical appliances at the same time. Do not leave outside lights on during the day. Lamps break quickly when overheated. In many houses a timer has been installed for this. Do not use the heating with open doors and windows. We recommend a temperature of 21 to 23 degrees. Please close the umbrellas when you leave the house, and before going to bed sometimes there are strong winds and they can break. Secure doors and windows. In case of damage, we are obliged to retain part of the deposit. In case of unforeseen rain, bring the chair cushions that can get wet inside, so they will be more comfortable when the sun shines again, and it is better for the preservation of the cushions. Only barbecues are allowed on the dedicated barbecue. It is forbidden to make a fire outside. The barbecue must be left clean on departure. We advise you to dispose of waste regularly, especially to avoid ants! The garbage can be deposited in the waste containers that are on the edge of the road.
